Common Questions
A little clarity for your first conversation.
What happens after I request a consultation?
The office will review your service selection and contact details, then reach out to discuss your request and arrange a suitable time. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Bring relevant documents, any notices or deadlines, and a short list of questions. For your privacy, please do not send sensitive documents through the initial request form. The office can tell you what is relevant to your matter.
Can I request a consultation in Spanish?
Yes. You can select Spanish as your preferred language when submitting your consultation request.
Is there a consultation fee?
Contact the office to confirm the consultation fee and any arrangements before your appointment. Fees are not listed here because they depend on the service and consultation.
Does submitting a form make me a client?
No. Sending an inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship or mean the firm has accepted your matter. Representation must be agreed with the attorney.
What if I have an urgent deadline?
Call the office at (561) 847-4061 and mention your deadline. Do not rely on a consultation request to protect a legal deadline.
